NW Florida MMJ Update: Friday 13th, news announcement says the city of Crestview council, voted to not allow dispensary's in the city limits. "They need more direction from the State in order to make a decision." (While the terminal sick suffer) ( A Florida Dispensary only stocks THC capsules and CBD oils. No Bud sold.) DUH.
Does every elected official get a personal copy of this video for daily view? (Or are they PARANOID?) Edited

Last year, the public voted in a law for MMJ Compassionate Care.
The FL Health Department, was late to implement its legal tasking to manage the new law. (They claimed, "They needed more direction from the State").
10-months later, they are 2 months backlogged on issuance of MMJ ID Cards. One must provide, the department, a passport photo, 2x2. (They don't make photos? The driver's licence does).
Some South Florida doctors reduced their fees from $200 to $89. (A Lack of terminal patients?)
Also, there's a lack of MMJ to dispense? The department is Contracting 7 more growers, but contract's take time, then plant seeds and grow, more time.
Is this.... Compassionate Care?Edited

This info is just in. John Morgan the pro cannabis lawer who basically started the amendment 2 initiative is already suing the state of Florida about this. We all voted for amendment 2 which states we want full access to marijuana products and doesnt mention a smoking ban infact the oposite allows us to choose the method we intake MMJ. However as you know our state legislatures took it upon themselves to "Ban Smoking Buds" because they felt it would promote an atmosphere of recreational and to ban smoking would keep it more medical. This is all crap as well as them simply pushing their weight.
is confident he will win the lawsuit this year and we will be able to get our strains of flower from the dispensaries which btw they are pushing for also. This has been the #1 issue people have with MMJ in Florida and for good reason. John's lawsuit states that "Smoking Marijuana " is the best way to get the healing properties, and instant relief people need and that banning this goes directly against amendment 2 and therefore the people.
John is also fighting to get full recreational approved here in Florida, which he explains on his Facebook page in detail HERE John Morgan
For anyone that doesnt know him check out his page and for those who do head on over to show your support this is the guy who will get us the FULL access to MMJ that we need inc recreational! Edited
