  • Curry glennt: Hello guys Aug 17, 2017 at 1:58 PM
  • Ted: You are selling it very well. That right there must be amazing and expensive. You need to be a quality grower to step into those kinds of seeds. Aug 17, 2017 at 5:39 AM
  • Lymmie: Haha. Its called Jazz. Oaxacan landrace and iranian landrace. It is by far the most relaxing smoke ive ever had in my life. Aug 17, 2017 at 2:40 AM

  • Ted: Well I rent part of a server in a datacenter in Chicago so I don't physically have access to it. If I had one in my house then those limitations wouldn't hold me back. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:39 PM
  • Lymmie: Lol... Aug 16, 2017 at 6:39 PM
  • Lymmie: Could you not expand your storage through slower mechanical slave drives? Maybe in a striped raid configuration for data security? Aug 16, 2017 at 6:36 PM
  • Ted: That is a bit more than 2K and probably the average screen real estate. I would go 4K if I had a ton of disk storage, but I don't. I have about 80GB of SSD storage for TMF at the moment and will expand to Amazon S3 when it makes sense. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:32 PM
  • Ted: I never set dimensions before. I have now. The max resolution after upload will be 2560 x 1440 Aug 16, 2017 at 6:31 PM
  • Ted: No, it's because I had it set to 5Mb for uploads in attachments. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:30 PM
  • Lymmie: Curious if it auto resizes how come it rejects the photos that are too big? Aug 16, 2017 at 6:29 PM
  • Ted: I might need to bring that down a bit but for now I will try it out. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:26 PM
  • Ted: I have changed the settings to allow up to 10Mb images. They will all be resized down to 2560 x 1440px automatically. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:26 PM

  • Ted: Ya servers are no joke when it comes to data. You can run out very quick which is why serious websites that store massive amounts either use Amazon S3 starting out and then spend millions on datacenters later on like Facebook. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:16 PM

  • Lymmie: Yeah. When i was looking at websites I saw how expensive data is. Not many were unlimited and those that were got pricy quick. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:13 PM

  • Ted: If I had the server resources to store 4K+ quality photos I would. Takes a lot of storage when done on a bigger scale than a few people. This is why websites like Mass Roots is successful in that regard. Aug 16, 2017 at 6:10 PM

  • Lymmie: Everytime i try to shrink a photo down it destroys the image quality. If you try and zoom in it becomes super blurry whereas with my photos unmolested I can zoom in and see all the cat hair stuck to my weed lol Aug 16, 2017 at 5:47 PM
  • Ted: lol, I always resize the down to 1920 x 1080. It happens after the upload though and not during. Aug 16, 2017 at 5:46 PM
  • Lymmie: Yeah. I can understand both angles. I want the highest possible quality. Id totally upload raw if my camera could do it lol. Aug 16, 2017 at 5:45 PM
  • Ted: Ya it's a complicated issue. Big pictures run through bandwidth and server resources quickly. When it's only a few folks doing it it's not a big deal but when you have 100+ people online at once on a server like this one it can grind it to a halt. Aug 16, 2017 at 5:44 PM

  • Lymmie: @Ted Whats the forum post image upload size limit? It was giving me grief for a 6.8mb picture. Aug 16, 2017 at 5:40 PM
  • Lymmie: Darn server gremlins Aug 15, 2017 at 9:01 PM
  • Ted: I found the error Lymmie, email is back...not sure how part of the server was turned off... Aug 15, 2017 at 8:50 PM
  • Lymmie: =) Like i said. In time! Aug 15, 2017 at 7:52 PM
  • Ted: We have social login. I will still try to combine them. I just couldn't this time. I will repost the job to do it though. I don't give up that easy. Aug 15, 2017 at 7:52 PM
