Or perhaps not! After Colorado, Oregon, and Denver received a nod from the government for the legalization of Cannabis Clubs we believe that it can become a reality in any state.

Colorado is one of the states that took the bold step of legalizing Cannabis for retail purposes in 2012. According to the current legislation, adults over the age of 21 and the patients, who have been prescribed medical marijuana, can only consume cannabis inside the walls of their private residence. But not anymore, the cannabis buffs in Colorado will soon be able to legally consume it in public places and clubs after the SB184 bill is passed. The statewide bill will allow private marijuana clubs to operate in Colorado. Check out in depth here.

Exactly same has happened in Oregon, where a new Senate bill has been introduced that would allow cannabis lovers to consume it, at parties, events, and lounges. Senate Bill 307 allows the responsibility to Oregon Liquor Control Commission (OLCC) for regulating the consumption and sale of cannabis at licensed events. Colorado and California are also looking to permit social cannabis consumption clubs. If passed, the bill will become operative from January 1, 2018.

Denver may also go on the same way. The city council of Denver is taking the initiative after which, private cannabis clubs would be legalized in the city. It means adults over the age of 21 will be allowed the consumption of cannabis outside their homes. If this bill passed, these private social clubs would be the perfect place for the people to socialize.
